Key sessions will address Italy’s new Space Economy Law (Law No. 89/2025) and its interaction with the forthcoming EU Space Act, examining liability, insurance, and contractual frameworks for space operations. Discussions will also explore
Space Thematic Accounts as tools to measure the economic impact of the sector, Access to Space and launch infrastructure trends, and the strategic role of
Space Human Capital in building a skilled and diverse workforce.
Afternoon panels will highlight the synergies between space and the blue economy, the transformative potential of
AI and quantum technologies, and the growing centrality of
security in space operations. Further discussions will examine how
industrial associations foster innovation and global competitiveness, and how
public–private partnerships accelerate commercialization and growth.
