Claudio Semini is the Head of the Dynamic Legged Systems lab
of Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) in Genova, Italy.
The focus of his research team is the hardware and software development
of legged robots such as hydraulically-actuated quadruped robots for
challenging environments. After his MSc at ETH Zurich, he spent 2 years
in Japan for his research. In 2007 Semini joined IIT for his PhD studies
that he concluded in 2010.
