Nicolaus Hanowski, Responsible for the Operations and Ground Segments of the ESA Earth Explorers and the Copernicus Sentinel satellites, will present a keynote on Agritech during Data Analytics session, December 10th starting from 12.10 to 12.30, Pavillon 10 – Iustina Hall.

Interesting facts about Nicolaus Hanowski:

1) In 2009 Mr. Hanowski became responsible for the development of Science Ground Segments for missions, such Rosetta, Gaia, JWST, Solar Orbiter and Euclid at ESA.

2) He holds a Ph.D. in Earth and Planetary Sciences.

3) He started as a researcher in the US and then transferred to Mission Operations at the German Space Operations Centre.
